MAX10 Eval kit ADC not working

Hello, 

I followed the example in youtube on how to create ADC system in the MAX10 Eval Kit. 

I can get the temperature channel to work, but channel 0, and 1 never show any data. 

The data moves from 0 to 5 counts. 

I have verified that I have an analog signal on pins 6 & 7. But the data is always close to zero. 

I'm using Quartus 14.1 with the latest patch.

The attached archive is using ADC1, I got a 1KHz signal going into J4.2, which goes through the opamp U3, pin 7. J3.2 is the analog reference.
