The EPLD-TQFP44 MAX3064A 10N or similar returns in the last available data sheet (June 2006, ver. 3.5) a maximum ambient operating temperature of 70 ° for commercial items and 85 ° for the industrial ones. However the Altera site (https://www.altera.com/products/general/devices/dev-format.html) says that the commercial components have a Ta range from 0° to 85°. The same informations also appears in the Buy section (http://www.buyaltera.com/scripts/partsearch.dll/multisearch?site=altera&lang=en&keywords=epm3064) and seems relative to the component RoHS compliant.
So, if I buy a RoHS compliant chip, what is the commercial ambient temperature range? Are correct the information on data sheet or on Altera site?Link Copied

Normally I wold refer to the info in the datasheet. To confirm, I think you should contact your FAE to clarify.

See table 13 on page 23 of the max 3000a programmable logic device family data sheet (https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/ds/m3000a.pdf).
I'm suspicious of the reference to 0-85 via buyaltera. If you select any of the RoHS compliant commercial parts (...C..-..N) they also have a link to the above datasheet which states 0-70. I (too) suggest you seek clarification from Altera. Cheers, Alex
