Hi,
Has anyone else experienced higher than expected static current consumption on the VCCINT supply for Max V devices? I am prototyping with the 5M240ZT100C5N part. The PowerPlay analyzer says I should have about 0.02mA of static VCCINT current. However, I am measuring more like 4.5mA. Dynamic current is as expected. Nothing else is connected the 1.8V regulator. I am wondering if these devices are meeting their static power spec. Thanks, TylerLink Copied

Do you have floating inputs or inputs with pull-up connected to ground?

Hi FvM,
Thanks for the response. No floating inputs or grounded pull-ups. Also, this high static power consumption is for 1.8V Core power supply. Regards, Tyler- Mark as New

--- Quote Start --- Also, this high static power consumption is for 1.8V Core power supply. --- Quote End --- Yes. The pull-ups won't matter. Floating inputs could cause oscillations that also effect the idle current. You should ask Altera support.
