NIOS II processor with APB interface

I need to integrate my custom design with NIOS II processor. The custom design has APB slave interface. But NIOS II processor has Avalon MM interface. In Qsys system, I could see APB translator, APB Master Agent and APB slave Agent components. I'm not sure what components to be used to interface my custom design with NIOS II processor. Kindly suggest how to go about this.
