We are currently working with one of our manufacturing plant Zhuhai to collect ESDS: Electrostatic Discharge Sensitivity: The ESD level

1)Human Body Model, HBM

2)Machine Model, MM

3)Charged Device Model, CDM

Please help us to provide ESD level that causes component failure for the below MPNs.

Hi Amruta,

For the electrostatic discharge (ESD) specifications for Altera devices refer the following link,

ESD test results for Altera devices based on the human body model and the charged device model refer following link

Let me know if this has helped resolve the issue you are facing or if you need any further assistance.

Best Regards
