PCIe - Which ref design to start with?

Hi

I'm interested in transferring video stream from the FPGA to a host PC over PCIe bus with Arria 10. I noticed that there are two versions of the Altera PCIe block - one with AV-ST interface and one with AV-MM interface. First question, which one would be more suited for sending video frames over PCIe?

There seems to be a whole bunch PCIe reference design for Altera devices. Which reference design would you recommend as the best starting point?

Finally, on Altera website for PCIe, it talks about "first-generation complementary, enterprise-ready Linux and Windows device drivers" available for PCIe. Where are these drivers located? I couldn't find the link.

Thanks!
