QII 12.1 Ubuntu 12.04 QSYS Avalon ALTPLL problem

In QSYS trying to add an Avalon ALTPLL module the operation fails.

The init windows pop up rapidly but the window to set parameters doesn't come up.

QII 32bit or 64bit has same behavior.

Other modules can be added normally.

Where can i find error logs to look for the cause of the issue?

QII MS Windows version works fine.

Thanks,

Michele.

[Update]

I didn't specified the device is Stratix V.

Same behavior on 12.1sp1 and 13.0.

The only way to use Avalon ALTPLL is change family to Stratix IV, add the module, switch back to Stratix V and generate!
