Hi,
Upon trying a new installation of Quartus II 12.0 (178) I get the following error every time I try and start the application ? I have tried uninstalling and repeating the process as well as making sure I have the latest version, but after multiple attempts it still fails :( Windows 7 w/ SP1. Thanks ! raise a mysupport request with altera.

Unfortunately since I am using the Free Web Edition for personal educational use and do not have a Validated Business account my attempts to open a ticket have so far been unsuccessful, hence my posting the query in the Forums.

This is what I have run into:
"Your login information has not been verified. Service requests will not be answered until a successful verification, which requires a valid company email address. After you file a service request, the verification process begins." Since I am not a Company, I have been unable to get past this since Friday.- Mark as New

The first thing they'll tell you to do is update quartus to the latest version, which is 12.0sp2
