If you are using Cylone 10, Stratix 10 or Agilex FPGA devices, you need to use Quartus Prime Pro edition with license. To purchase Quartus Prime Pro license, please contact our Sales Distributor for North America from this link: https://marketplace.intel.com/s/pmp-partner-program/a723b0000008PICAA2/distributor


If you are using legacy FPGA devices, you can use Quartus Prime Lite for free. You can download Quartus Prime Lite from this link : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software-kit/736572/intel-quartus-prime-lite-edition-design-software-version-21-1-1-for-windows.html
