Hi GEkta, 

RoHs status for MPN:EP1C3T144C6 is 'Not Compliant' according to Arrow Electronics Inc.

But they have replace it with MPN: EP1C3T144C6N with Rohs Compliant.

FYI, both device has been obsolete due to declining demand.
