Real time video edge detection using FPFA

hi i am working on a project to develop real time video edge detection using FPGA. i have writeen the code for sobel edge detetcion in vhdl for image edge detetcion. can anybody help me how to write code for FPGA to run real time videos edge detection

another member has posted code about a webcam connection try looking that up I know I saw it just don't remeber where I think it was under searching for "reading file"
