Request for REACH certificate - Altera Corp/ Intel Corporation

I would like to request for this communication to be handled privately.

I was able to download generic REACH statement and material declaration in XML format.

Unfortunately this won’t meet our requirement.

We need confirmation whether below parts contain any of the REACH 223 SVHC above 1000 ppm.
