Are you referring to EPM240T100C5N instead of EPM240T100C8N? As I could not find the OPN EPM240T100C8N in our system. If you are referring to EPM240T100C5N , the status of the device are active and kindly get RoHS certificate below:

In the link provided mention:

 Wire-bonded packages with suffix “N” are already RoHS-compliant without exemptions.
