SOPC tool problem

Dear All users and Admin, I am new in Altera. I am trying to use SOPC tool in my Quartus II 7.0 Web edition. My problem is There is no Nios II processor in the System contents tab. How to add?..

In general, you can use the SoPC tool without the CPU (NIOS II processor). 

 

I do not recall if the NIOS II Processor is installed with the IP install or when you install the NIOS II tools in the version 7.0 installs. 

 

This may be why you do not see the NIOS II processor in the SoPC selection menu.
