Sending UDP from one Transmitting board to another 2 boards

Hi,

We need to connect one Cyclone III development board to two cyclone III development boards.

We need to know the following:

When using UDP protocol, do we need to connect both, the transmit and receive pins from the second receiving board to the transmitting board (considering that the transmitting board is connected to the receiving board)

Kindly check the attached diagram
