Simulink code with ARM Soc

Hello, 

 

I would like to ask if anyone knows the process of integrating simulink generated code into altera arm. 

I am especially interested in understanding: 

1. IDE which should be used for the process of generating code and integratiion. In Simulink site they talk manly about Keil MDK, while Altera advocate DS-5 usage. 

2. ARM Os - Linux/Bare-metal which better be used.
