Hello, does anyone know if the HBM2 interface is connected only to the ARM side or the FPGA side? I'm interested in this device because of the 16GB of memory not the embedded ARM cores and have no intention to use the ARM cores. Would it be simply setting up Qsys? to access the EMIB to the on-chip DDR memories?

Thanks,

Joe

The HBM2 is not connected to an Arm processor it all. It requires the use of an Arm AMBA 4 AXI interface but does not require an Arm processor.
