TRDB-D5M Camera Timing issues

Hi All, 

 

Has anyone working with the TRDB-D5M faced any timing issues when working with the Altera sample code? I removed the SOPC from the design and now get vertical lines at random intervals on top the image. 

 

Any suggestion or way forward will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
