There is no hardware in my programmer tool ,how can I do?

I’m using PL-BYTEBLASTER2N programmer,but i can't find any hardware information in program tool 17.0,my computer doesn't have Paralleler Mund,but I have inserted a PCI-Paralleler,and its driver is normal.how can I do?

I do not use PL-BYTEBLASERT2N myself, but I other programming devices such as usb-blaster require that you install the driver manually, (and some devices only appear in quartus once the programming cable is connected to your DUT.)

ByteBlaster support was dropped from Quartus 10.0.

You should be able to install a driver manually by following the instructions.
