I am looking for a tin-whisker test report for Altera PN EPM3064ATC44-10N. Also, if Altera has generic test report for Matte Tin plated devices.

PN EPM3064ATC44-10N was obsolete since Sept 2018, hence sorry to tell you that we don't have this information available. Please consider to use our latest MAX devices.
