Trouble with pin planner

So basically I have my teacher's pin plan (ideal) and mine (actual). I'm trying to drive an external LED. I can't really edit most of the fields so I'm stuck and the LED that I breadboarded will not light up even though if I set the ifPrime pinout to PIN_F3, the internal led will light up just fine. Must be something to do with the power or something.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You have an incomplete question. You link is failing. Show a schematic on how you hooked up the external LED, and maybe we can help.

But even with out the LED, can you drive PIN_F3 high and low? Look at it with an o-scope.
