Hi,  

 

What is the difference between USB blaster and USB blaster ii? Which hardware IC used extra in USB blaster ii which was not used in USB blaster?

One difference between the USB Blaster and USB Blaster II is the TCK frequency. 

For USB Blaster the TCK is fixed which is around 6Mhz. However for USB Blaster II, user can change the TCK up to 24Mhz.  

Also, the chip is different in the USB Blaster and USB Blaster II. You can refer to the USB Blaster and USB Blaster II user guide for the info.
