VCCCB voltage in STRATIX IV-is it a pin?

Hi,

In the Stratix IV data sheet there's a reference to a VCCCB voltage of 1.5v (table 1-5), saying it is "Power supply to the configuration RAM bits".

Nevertheless, this is not a pin and I can't find it anywhere. I've searched in the pinout xls file as well. In the manual it is shown 2 times at 2 different tables.

If it is not a pin, so how can I supply the correct voltage?

Any ideas?

Thanks.

if you haven't taken a look at the schematic review worksheets, i highly recommend them:

the VCCCB pins are a mistake:
