Video stream USB

Hi guys, 

 

I have a DE2-70 board interfaced with a TRDB-D5M camera. Does anyone know how I can send the video stream to a PC from the DE2-70 board via USB (like a glorified webcam)?  

 

I'm pretty sure I need Nios for this, but I'm not sure which core to use. Would JTAG UART be fast enough?
