Waveform drawing

Hi, 

 

This question is not about any Altera product but I hope you will answer anyway. 

I'm looking for a program that will draw waveforms (I don't want to write a VHDL code and then use a simulator or something). 

Can anyone help?

Do some goolge searching for Timing Designer Chronology Design Automation Fore and see if you can find them stiill.
