We have a part number 10CL006YU256C6G. We are haveing trouble finding a package drawing. We see that it is a uBGA with 256 pins. 14mm x 14mm, 0.8mm pitch. Can you provide a link to the package drawing?

Hello and thank you for your response. We could not find what we are looking for with the link.

We need the pin orientation for the footprint and also the list of each pin type for each pin number. Do you have a link that contains this information?

Apologize for the inconvenience, we don’t provide pin footprint but we have Cadence* Capture CIS schematic symbol for Intel® FPGA and CPLD device families.
