What VCC pins are associated with Bank 9A on Cyclone V devices?

This bank 9A powers the circuitry associated with configuration. All the other VCC pins clearly show what bank they are powering in the pin name and description. I don't want to make a board that doesn't power the configuration stuff.

We used VCCPGM as the bank 9 VCCIO designation in our board:

From the handbook: This implies the VCCPGM is the pin. It would be nice it it was clearer however.

The configuration input buffers do not have to share power lines with the regular I/O buffers in Cyclone V

devices.

The operating voltage for the configuration input pin is independent of the I/O banks power supply, VCCIO,

during config.
