Hi, Does anyone know where can I find FPGA's configuration bits size info. Such as Cyclone V, I want to decide how big the flash memory I want to use, but could not find any info from data sheet. I know some info about older FPGA such cyclone 3 but not this cyclone V. Anyone know? For example: 5CGXBC4C. Thanks.

Hi,

In table 57 of the Cyclone V datasheet (www.altera.com/literature/hb/cyclone-v/cv_51002.pdf) the sizes of the configuration files are specified for different family members.

Cheers
