Why doesn't 'EP4CE6F17C8NAD' wake up

Hi 

Thank you for your reply.

The picture above is the waveform of the nCSO pin during initial startup.

The left is GOOD(EP4CE6F17C8N),  but right (EP4CE6F17C8NAD) is NOT GOOD.

all condition is same (SMT, parts, etc)

What do you think is the problem?

Hi,


May I know what do you mean by "not good"? Have you monitor the "nStatus" signal with the "nCSO" signal? Have you confirm if the MSEL setting is correct?
