Win10 license problem

Dears 

 I use Win10 Enterprise and install Quarts Prime Pro 17.0.0 b290 software, and I import the license file (60 day evaluation license file) from License Setup and succeed, but when compile my project which base on Arria10 10AX016E4F27E3SG and failed, the error message: Current license file does not support the 10AX016E4F27E3SG device. Go to the self-service Licensing Center on the Intel FPGA website to manage your licenses (https://mysupport.altera...)  And I try to change the device ,if I use Cyclone10 GX I can complete compile my project but failed when use Arria10 GX.  Have any one know how to solve this problem ? Thanks a lot!!

Quartus Prime Pro Edition requires paid License for Arria 10 device support. (Cyclone 10 is free without any need of License for Quartus Pro)

Having a similar problem. We have both Quartus Pro and Quartus Prime Pro.  See the error below.
