Writing the data to SDRAM in de2 board

Hi everyone, i am newbiew in to VHDL, i wish to writing the audio file(.wav or any) into SDRAM and play out by Audio codec in my DE II board. I am using the sopc builder and nios II EDS to do my project, any idea can help me in my project, any advice is very appreciated =D
