altmemphy problem!

Hi, 

I have taken a look in ALTMEMPHY userguide, I'm very impressed by its power. I think it will speed up my project. So, I have used ALTMEMPHY Tool to use DDR2, but I have some problems with it: 

 

1- I can't find "alt_mem_phy_sequencer.v" module which is called in "phy_alt_mem_phy_sequencer.wrapper.v" 

 

2- How is the adress created? Does it include bank address, row address, column address, respectively?  

2- If I want to simulated ALTMEMPHY to check its function before running it on our kit, what steps I must follow? Which files I need to run? 

 

3- I use Quartus's free version, so MegaWizard cannot create High-performance Controller (that can be integrated with my logic and ALTMEMPHY) and testbench. So what can I do now?  

 

I use ALTMEMPHY for StratixII and CycloneIII device. 

Please advise me.
