epcs probs using altasmi_parallel

I'm using the altasmi_parallel megafunction to store data on an epcs16/cycloneIII with some strange results. My data writes work ONCE after first power-up after the configuration has been loaded (w/ serial flash loader) but after that data write is incorrect or doesnt write at all. I tried w/ an epcs4/cyclone II eval board and it works perfectly. Megawizard setup looks right.

Is there some strange option w/ epcs16 that locks after so many bytes are written???? Maybe the serial flash loader is some how screwing me up.

I've looked at the lines to the epcs and they look write but the data bytes read out don't match the ones going in.

Help.
