factory Recovery issue

i have Altera ESDK cyclone-III board , after applying factory recovery i still not able to run my code, except demo "Hello World Small".

even it not run Demo "hello World".

i follow the instruction for factory recovery from "Altera Embedded Systems Development Kit, Cyclone III Edition" user guide page 71 Chapter-11

during recovery process i have also follow the command below probably this may creating problem

nios2-flash-programmer --base=0x1000000 --erase 0x2000000+0x2000000

if so how do i restore my previous state..?

hi...!

first of all just do one thing insert a "SD RAM card" into your cyclone kit.than give power to your kit.after that from quartus II->tools->programmer select a .sof file from factory recovery folder.don't insert a standard .sof file...!i think than your problem will be solve.
