how do i store a .wav file on memory and then access it on the DE2 board?

im really confused about how you store a .wav file on the SRAM and them access it. 

can somebody please explain to me how i can do this or tell me where i can learn how to do it cuz the stuff that i've looked at till now is just greek to me
