how to connect the SDRAM OR FLASH with Cyclone III FPGA

HI, I have read the DE0_user_manual, I have see the connection between the SDRAM OR FLASH with Cyclone III FPGA part. But I still have no idea how to assign the pins to connect the SDRAM to Cyclone III. My FPGA board is DE0. Can someone help me? Tell me how to do this.

Thank you for your help. Use Pin planner, I just know how to assign the pin between the FPGA and my opencore. I didn't know how to assign the pin between the FPGA and memory.
