how to download a file.txt into fpga with nios

Hi, 

i want to know how can i upload a file.txt into fpga with nios. 

ie:what instruction do i write in niosII to apload the file? 

 

how can i print a picture in the flash memorie of the carte FPGA and afficheur?:confused::confused::confused::confused:
