how to program epm240 with MCU？

hello,  

my epm240 code is working well,how can I programming epm240 with STM32 MCU?

By implementing a JTAG programmer. However, personally, I wouldn't even consider doing that with a micro. I'm not even convinced Altera publish enough info to allow you to do this. There are many posts on this Wiki highlighting unsuccessful attempts. Have a search around for the 'JAM' player too.
