hps module in Arria V and cyclone V

I having a study research for the soc especially with the Arria V and Cyclone V, it looks a bit identical to me, could we say both actually 100% the same module just packed up with different FGPA partner?

in term of preloader and uboot setting, is looks the same to me. You can check this it is keep under the same folder and same selector in the bsp-editor
