.jam program

Hello,

I would like to program the flash memory with .jam file generated by quartus II 9.0 though JTAG connection. Unfortunatly, Quartus disagree and tell me that "action "program" is not supported for this Jam file." after executing quartus_jli -a program top9.jam command line.

Howerver i'm able to configure the FPGA by executing quartus_jli -a configure top9.jam.

The final purpose that explain my will to use .jam file is to get JTAG usercode. That's way i will be able to know the soft version used on the board.

Does anyone have an idea to explain my issue or a solution to suggest ?

Thanks

Pierre
