i m using avira antivirus ,it detect jtagserver.exe file as virus so what to do.

Get a new antivirus program. :)
If you truly suspect that somehow jtagserver.exe has been contaminated, you could reinstall the Altera tools. But honestly I would just ignore it. It's got to be a mistake.- Mark as New

all program r working fine but is there any problem

Funny today my Antivir also reported the jtagserver.exe has a trojan type "TR/Downloader Gen" But i wonder why 90sp2 (web edition) folder is reported but not 90 (subcription edition)

I came across the same problem with you ,i changed a new anti virus tool.maybe you can delete the jtagsever.exe and copy another from another computer.
