problem in installing usb blaster in quartus 2 10.0 using windows 7(64 bit)

I have been trying to connect the cyclone 4 board with my laptop, but a problem is occurring in the installation of the USB blaster. The installation wizard which is supposed to occur automatically once the board is connected is not coming. Even when I am trying to install it manually its showing some error. Can anybody give any solution to this problem? Do I need to use windows 7 32-bit for this?

Hi, 

this Problem has been raised already and is due to the JTAG Server and USB Driver comeing with the QII is 32Bit and thus not compatible with the 64Bit Version. You either should install the latest QII (13.0 SP1) or install the standalone programmer with the QII 10.0 already installed as this would Change the JTAG Server and USB Blaster Driver to work on 64Bit...
