Dear all,

In board, there are two EP3C25Q240, they are designed with multi-device AS and JTAG configuration. A EPCS16 is used to configure the two FPGAs.

In Jtag mode, I can download the sof file, and they works.

However, in the AS mode, when I configure the EPCS16 with a pof file, the error "can't recognize silicon ID for device 1 ".

So I try to program the EPCS16 with JTAG through SFL using jic file.

As there are two FPGAs, so I have to change two pof file to jic file. But I donn't know whether I should combine two pof files into one jic file, or change two pof files into two jic files seperately.

I have tried programe the two fpgas with two jic files, but there is a error" conf_done pin failed to go high in device 2"

Have anyone have experiences in this case? Thanks for any suggestions

Thank you,Jerry.

yes, I can get the jic files with convert programmer files tool under QII's file menu.

In my case, there are two FPGAs, and one configuration device (EPCS16). Should I convert two sof files (for two FPGAs) into a single jic file? or should I convert two sof files into seperate jic files? I was a bit confused.
