:)sir, i'm trying to burn my program onto LFXP6C-5TN144C. I'm in need of 24MHz clock circuit. can i able to provide this clock by means of a software. if not how can i design a clock circuit that yields a 24MHz:confused:

LFXP6 is a Lattice XP device. I don't know the clock requirements.
