Hello, i am aware that the product is obsolete, but we have procured it in the past and want to use it now for high reliability applications. for this purpose i need a copy of the qualification report per AEC_Q100 and if possible for the PPAP.

Hello,

do you have an update on this request please?

In case there is no PPAP a qualification report or at least an written confirmation that all tests per Q100 passed successfully might do.

this also applies for EN6347QA + EN6360QA

many thanks in advance,

Wolfgang

Hello Zawani,

i cannot access the link, even after logging in to my Intel. I get the error message -

Developer Account Required - what do i need to do in this case?

thanks Wolfgang

Thank you Zawani, i could finally download the report. However, it is not clear which of the tests apply to these products, e.g. i find EN63xx under HAST classified as Power SoC Technology, but i don't find any "power" in the lifetest tables, only the following

Intel® Arria® 10, Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX 20nm
Stratix® V 28nm
Arria® V, Cyclone® V 28 nm
Stratix® IV, Arria® II GX 40nm
Intel® MAX® 10 55nm
Stratix® III, Cyclone® III, Cyclone® IV,
Intel® Cyclone® 10 LP 60nm /65nm
Stratix® II, Stratix® II GX, Cyclone® II, Arria® GX 90nm
MAX® II, MAX® V 0.18µm

so EN6347QA + EN6360QA belong to which of these technologies?

rgds, Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang,

Looks like you do not have access to RDC. Here is some guidelines to get RDC access.

How to Get Access - RDC User Guide

How Do I Request an Intel Resource & Design Center (RDC) Account?

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058073/programs/resource-and-design-center.html?wapkw=rdc

Register for a Developer Zone Premier Account

How to Sign In - RDC User Guide

When anyone download the RDC document from the RDC website, the downloaded document shows a watermark at all pages of the document background. That watermark is one’s own e-mail address.

Thank you!

Can you send me a lifetest report for EN63xx devices?
