real time running

Hello, 

 

 

I'm using Matlab/Simulink to program an FPGA Stratix II. 

I'd like to know if it's possible to load 2 (or more) projects on the memory flash. While a program is running (es. a 16-QAM modulator) can run another program (already loaded) in real time, es. QPSK modulator? If so, how can I do?
