what is the mean to transition data on fft

hello everyone , I run the fft program to deal with some complex datas just like the first array (following), and use the transition coefficient.(the second array), and i can get the outdata like the third array.  

13532,0 , 32735 , 0 , -244 , 0 , 

20740,0 , 32725 , -803 , 4 , -1 , 

18940,0 , 32696 , -1606 , 3 , -1 , 

10606,0 , 32647 , -2408 , -1 , -3 , 

but i do not know what is the meaning to do this . from 13532+0i to -244+0i , what is changed???, thanks a lot
