I don't think there is a lot of VHDL code to find over there (except maybe in the guidelines (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/qts/qts_qii51007.pdf?gsa_pos=5&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=hdl)) but there are numerous other VHDL resources on the web.

there are some VHDL files under Design Examples in the Support section:

http://www.altera.com/support/examples/vhdl/vhdl.html

there are also some VHDL templates in Quartus that you can quickly synthesize and look at in RTL Viewer or simulate. check under Edit > Insert Template when you have a VHDL file open in the editor.
