it looks like both parts are in the family overview and in Quartus. what specifically are you looking for?

cause,No specification information for EP4SGX70HF35 mentions in stratix iv handbook, 

 

I doubt when using the device. 

 

I just want to be sure the device resources from the handbook or other document.
