Hello,

I was unable to locate the file, referenced by the Cyclone V Handbook Volume 2: Transceivers, called: xcvr_diffmifgen.exe. This file should parse two streamer reconfiguration .mif files and produce an output of their differences.

Can you please point me somewhere that I can download it, or in what versions of quartus it is included?
